Please read the following information carefully before making a reservation.
■ About Online Reservations
– Seat selection is not available through the online reservation system.
– Even if the system shows “Unavailable,” please feel free to call us as we may be able to accommodate you.
– Same-day reservations are accepted only by phone.
■ Arrival Time
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may prioritize other guests waiting. Thank you for your understanding.
■ No-Show Policy
Customers who cancel without notice may be refused future reservations. We appreciate your cooperation in observing proper manners.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us by phone to change or cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your scheduled visit.
Cancellations made later than this will incur the following fees:
- Day-before cancellation:
Course reservation → 50% of the course fee
Seat-only reservation → ¥1,815 (tax included) - Same-day cancellation:
Course reservation → 100% of the course fee
Seat-only reservation → ¥3,630 (tax included)
